college textbooks, but also a variety of other books! Shoppers at TextbooksRus will
find an expansive collection of titles available for sale. Everything from literature,
fiction, nonfiction, high school books, children’s books, and college textbooks
are available. Our large marketplace features additional products and provides us
with an opportunity to sell even more titles and editions.
TextbooksRus.com has been in operation since 2002, but we have been in the book
business for over 15 years. We got our start operating two brick and mortar stores
in Columbus, Ohio on the Ohio State Campus, both of which are still open today. The
launch of TextbooksRus.com included the introduction of our online buyback program,
which enables us to buy books from students all over the world. Most recently, we
opened our rental program to outstanding results.
Over the years, TextbooksRus.com has seen substantial growth in customers, sellers,
and business partners. We are proud to continue growing and exploring new avenues
for book sellers and book buyers. Early in 2008, we launched our marketplace only
website, Bookstores.com.
Bookstores.com is a marketplace similar to the one offered by TextbooksRus.com with
a more global feel. Along with the creation of Bookstores.com came our free
web-based inventory management system for booksellers, Optima. Optima was developed
and is maintained in house by our experienced technical development staff.
We feature a large dedicated support staff that is determined to go the extra mile
for all of our customers. Many of our dedicated and knowledgeable support staff
have been with us from the beginning and can assist you with all of your needs.
