Beth Anne Wolfson, a Massachusetts attorney, is a labor and employment arbitrator, mediator, and neutral fact-finder. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Law Department at Bentley College, a small, academically diverse school outside of Boston, where she teaches courses in Gender and the Law and Labor and Employment Law. Professor Wolfson is the Chairman of the Massachusetts Bar Association's ADR Committee, a Member of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court/Trial Court Standing Committee on Dispute Resolution, Past Chairman of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section Council, and Member of numerous public and private arbitration, mediation and fact-finding panels. She has lectured on issues in arbitration including Ethical Boundaries Between Arbitrators and Advocates, been a Contributing Author to NLRA Law and Practice, and has published articles in The Arbitration Journal and The Standard. Professor Wolfson received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her B.A. from Brandeis University.
