Dr. Issiac Reese is the founder and senior pastor of Issachar International Ministries, Inc. Dr. Reese has been preaching and teaching the Word of God since 1987 throughout many churches here in the United States. His anointed message of healing, deliverance and restoration, are in demand by clergy and laity alike. Dr. Reese is able to use his many experiences; he suffered during his life time of abuse and torment to bring victory, healing and hope to the broken hearted and to those who would dare to cry out for help. He is the middle child of nine siblings; and a father of two wonderful children and a husband to his fascinating wife and friend Anita. Dr. Reese is a doctor of theology, a chaplain, college professor, conference speaker and Pastor. He has also served as an Assistant Pastor with Grace Hill Tabernacle Church; under his pastor, mentor and friend Dr. Aldansa C. Ambrose. Dr. Reese's academic accomplishments include a bachelor, master and doctorate Degrees in Theology from Grace Hill Theological Bible College. He has received his bachelor and master degrees in Psychology from Rockville University in Rockville, Maryland. Dr. Reese is a conference, seminar speaker and teacher; where he motivate his listeners; by encouraging them to look at life without the blinders of the old mindsets and misfortunes. He stirs the hidden secrets often forgotten and stored away in the secret pockets in the mind; bringing relief and insight.
