Shelley Hallmark was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and grew up in the suburb of Port Coquitlam. She has always had her own thirst for personal growth and self-empowerment and with the publications of many Self-Help authors' books she found an avenue to inspire and motivate herself beyond the imaginable.
