It is his attempt to share the techniques and approaches that he uses in the day to day management and avoidance of the pain of fibromyalgia. This is not a medical book describing fibromyalgia nor is it a scientific discussion of its cause or treatment. It is instead a practical, how-to guide for dealing day-to-day with the symptoms that are today described as #xE2;#xAC;Sfibromyalgia#xE2;#xAC;. It describes truly novel ways to prevent and manage the pain and disruption this condition can bring. By describing the successes he has had in reducing and avoiding pain the author sincerely hopes to help others who face the same challenges.
