Helen Brubeck is an educator, author and mother of two young children. She first cruised on her honeymoon and has been in love with this method of travel ever since. She has cruised as part of a couple, while pregnant, with her family, and as a single parent.In 2004 Helen came up with the idea for Mommy Cruises. She noticed that while cruising was expanding its realm into family vacations, many travelers did not truly understand what a cruise could offer to young families. She made it her goal to communicate the benefits of cruising to moms everywhere, and if she had to take a few more cruises to do so, then that was a burden she was willing to bear.
