The statutory supplement contains the title 12 chapters of U.S.C. covering the National Bank Act, Federal Reserve Act, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Act, and Bank Holding Company Act. Relevant federal provisions relating to securities, insurance, and privacy are also included, as are Titles III, VI and the preemption provisions of Title X of the Dodd-Frank Act. If a statutory provision in the supplement has been amended by Dodd-Frank, the relevant section of Dodd-Frank is inserted by the statute's title. New York banking statutes excerpts provide a sample of state regulation of banking, and selected regulations from the OCC, FRB and FDIC are included.
