Alain-G. Gagnon is professor of political science at Université du Québec à Montréal, Research Chair in Quebec and Canadian Studies, and the author of The Case for Multinational Federalism. André Lecours is associate professor at the University of Ottawa, and the author of Basque Nationalism and the Spanish State. Geneviève Nootens teaches political philosophy at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, is Research Chair in Democracy and Sovereignty, and co-author of Dominant Nationalism, Dominant Ethnicity.
