Competency to Stand Trial is the most expensive treatment in the field of forensic psychiatry with an estimated of over 25,000 defendants going through this process annually. The restoration to competency is a multifaceted process which in most cases requires medication treatment in conjunction with psycho-educational interventions. In spite of tremendous advances that target active symptoms of psychosis in this class of defendants, until now, not much was done in creating an educational tool to address the educational aspect of this process.
