Chizoba "Dr. Zee" Madueke, Ph.D. is a consultant and professor of management, leadership and organizational dynamics. Dr. Zee serves as a member of faculty for both national and international Universities and teaches courses in ethics & corporate social responsibility (CSR), emotional intelligence, international management & leadership and multi-culturalism and research. Dr. Zee serves as mentor (dissertation advisor) for doctoral and graduate learners. Dr. Zee has conducted research and written several full text journal articles. Dr. Zee has 20 years plus of leadership and managerial experiences in the private sector. His research interests are in the areas of International, Gender, Ethics, CSR, Emotional intelligence and Leadership. He is especially interested in finding ways to impart ethical and social responsible leadership in the African continent. Dr. Zee loves to read and learn about other cultures. Dr. Zee is a member of Sigma Iota Epsilon (SIE), the national premier management professional and honorary society. SIE National Office and its local chapters across the United States conduct numerous programs aimed at bridging the gap between management theory and practices.
