Born and raised in a middle-class family in Massachusetts, Kitty Tanguay, has drawn on her memories and own real-life experiences to bring you this book about Anxiety Disorders. She has tried to keep it lighthearted and real... making it easy for anyone to read, understand and relate to. She also did a lot of reading and research prior to writing about this subject matter. She currently resides in the same town she grew up in with her husband and Shih Tzu, Peanut. Her children and step-children are all grown and she and her husband currently have 5 grandchildren: 2 boys and 3 girls; with another expected in May 2012. Kitty enjoys writing and working with computers and the public. Her favorite place to relax and unwind is her "woman cave"... sitting in her screen house, the patio lights casting just the right amount of light, listening to music (even if it's just her youngest son playing his guitar and singing his favorite songs). The fire in the "fire-pit" is blazing and crackling just outside her "private domain"; making it feel like camping. Of course, on the weekends she only relaxes in her pajamas! .... that will never change!
