Hannakaisa Isomäki (Ph.D., Information Systems, Tampere University, 2002) is Research Director and an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Information Technology, Jyväskylä University, Finland. She also holds an Adjunct Professorship at the University of Lapland, Faculty of Arts & Design. Her research interests intersect topics of Human-centred Information Systems, User Experience, E-learning, and Information Security Culture.
